Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all services—video, photography, and healing sessions—please carefully review the following policies. Bookings must be made in advance and are secured with a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to your final payment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. For video and photography services, any changes to project scope or timeline must be communicated in writing before the session or shoot date. Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes or extended hours. For healing sessions, punctuality is crucial to maintain the flow of energy work; late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in price.
