Session Confidentiality and Terms

This Agreement is between Shiri Paamony-Eshel, doing business as Speshel Productions (“I,” “me,” “Guide”), and the person booking a session (“you,” “Client”). It covers Coffee with Shiri, Galactic Story Reset, a galactic message sitting, and any conversation that follows from those hours.
The English text is the agreement. A short Hebrew note at the end is only for reading ease. Booking a session, and checking the box on the booking page, means you have read this page and agree to it.
1. What this hour is
I sit with you. We may begin in silence. We may look at a sentence you are living. Cards, if used, are a mirror, not a prediction. I may speak from my own practice, film work, music, and what I call galactic memory.
This is storytelling, reflection, and companionship. It is not a medical visit. It is not psychotherapy. It is not legal, financial, or immigration advice. I am not a licensed psychologist, counselor, physician, or attorney. I am not an official meditation or Transcendental Meditation teacher. I do not put hands on your body.
2. No promise. I do not know the outcome.
I do not know what will happen for you. I do not promise a changed life, a healed sentence, a job, money, love, health, a visa, a disclosure, a contact, or any other result. Past work with other people does not tell us what will happen here.
Anything that sounds like hope in a conversation is not a guarantee. If a sentence I say feels like a prediction, treat it as a thought to test, not as a fact I am standing behind.
You keep full responsibility for every choice you make after we sit, including whether you stop a medicine, leave a job, tell a partner, spend money, or change a practice. If you need licensed care, you go to a licensed person.
3. Mutual confidentiality
Both of us keep the hour private.
I keep. I will not share your name, your story, your sentence, or what you said in the room, except as written in section 4. Brief notes I keep are only to remember the work. I do not sell them.
You keep. You will not share, publish, record, quote, or teach my methods, scripts, cards, transmissions, film or radio materials, or the way I work, in public or to another practitioner, without my written yes. You may speak about your own life. You may not present my words as yours, and you may not turn the hour into content, a course, or a clip.
This duty lasts after the session ends.
4. When silence cannot hold
I may speak outside the room only if: the law requires it; there is a real risk of serious harm to you or to someone else; there is a report I am required to make about a child or an elder; a court orders it; or you give me written permission. If you later make a claim against me, I may use session notes to answer it.
5. Recording and images
No recording by phone, computer, or another device unless both of us say yes in writing first. If I record, that file is mine to store. I will not post your face or voice without a separate written yes. Exhibition photographs, film, and method pages already on my site stay mine.
6. Intellectual property
Galactic Story Reset, Change Your Sentence, Coffee with Shiri, The Playground, my writings, cards, and session structure belong to me. Paying for an hour gives you the sitting, not the method.
7. Money and time
The fee is the fee we already named when you booked. Payment is due before the hour unless we wrote something else. If you cancel with less than 24 hours, the hour is used. I may end a sitting if it leaves the scope of this page. Unused prepaid hours, if any, are handled in writing.
8. Limit of responsibility
To the fullest extent Colorado law allows, my responsibility to you for anything connected to a session is limited to the amount you paid me for that session. I am not responsible for lost work, lost money, health change, relationship change, or spiritual distress that follows the hour. You agree not to hold me, Speshel Productions, or people helping me, liable beyond that amount.
9. Age and capacity
You are 18 or older. You are choosing this sitting of your own will. You are not in an emergency. If you are in crisis, call local emergency services or 988 in the United States. I am not a crisis line.
10. Law
Colorado law governs this Agreement. Courts in Boulder County, Colorado, are the place for any dispute we cannot settle by talking. If one sentence here is struck down, the rest stays.
This is the whole agreement about privacy and the nature of the work. A later email about time or fee does not erase sections 1–4 and 8.
11. Agreement by booking
By booking a session and checking the box on the booking page, you say you have read this page, you understand there is no promised result, and you will keep the hour as written above.
